One credit is used each time an alert notification is delivered to a subscriber. For example, an alert with one daily update delivered to one subscriber uses ~30 credits per month, while a more active alert or one with more subscribers uses more. Alerts that track rarely changing events may use far fewer credits.

Credits are counted per subscriber delivery. If the same alert notification is delivered to 5 subscribers, that uses 5 credits. Extra channels for the same subscriber do not create extra credit charges.

Vuo can keep monitoring, but new alert notifications stop being delivered once your available credits reach zero. Delivery resumes when your monthly credits reset or when you add a credit top-up. If credits are exhausted, we email your organization so you can refill them.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

No. Purchased top-up credits never expire. Your plan's monthly credits refresh each billing cycle and are used before your permanent purchased credits.

All plans include web notifications. Paid plans add email and SMS. Business plans also support Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations.

Monitoring speed determines how quickly ongoing discovery updates appear. The Free plan delays discovery updates by 24 hours, Starter by 3 hours, Pro by 15 minutes, and Business is real-time. Scheduled reminders, like game-time alerts or 1-hour-before notices, still arrive on time on every plan.
