Each time Vuo finds an update for one of your alerts, it uses one credit (also called an alert update). For example, an alert with one daily update uses ~30 credits per month, while a more frequent alert uses more. Alerts that track rarely changing events may use a lot fewer credits.

Your alerts will pause until your monthly credits reset at the start of your billing cycle, or you purchase a credit top-up. You'll receive a notification before you run out.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

No. Credits you buy as top-ups are permanent and never expire, unlike the monthly credits included in your plan.

All plans include web notifications. Paid plans add email and SMS. Business plans also support Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations.

Alert speed determines how fast you'll receive updates. With the Free plan, you'll only receive updates with a delay of 24 hours, even if the event occurred sooner. The Starter plan delays updates by 3 hours, Pro by 15 minutes, and Business is real-time.
